Ah, those crazy Americans!
This one had funghi (mushrooms) and formaggi (cheese) with a standard
crust. I'm not sure if you can tell in this photo, but it was nearly
cracker thin. Soooooo good.
Oh, and the cheese had a mild bleu cheese bite to it, which made it
tangy and even more wonderful.
